Meet The Team

Hearing Care for Champions!

Hearing Aid Solutions is an independent, family-owned and run hearing practice with centres across South & West Wales.
Martyn (our head audiologist) has been working in this area for over 20 years. He initially worked within the NHS and later opened his first centre in Carmarthen in 1999 and has grown ever since.
Having a proactive passion in audiology, Martyn is the past Chairman for AIHHP, a fellow of BSHAA, and a member of both BAA and BSA.
Alongside Martyn is his son Michael, who also works as an audiologist and has been dispensing hearing aids with the business since January 2018.
Pippa (Martyn’s wife & Michael’s mum) does all the work behind the scenes to ensure Hearing Aid Solutions is running smoothly.
Small business. Bespoke service.
We are proud to be a small business and to serve our local community. Our audiologists and admin team love getting to know our clients and strive to provide continuity of care with the same audiologist.
Hearing Aid Solutions don’t keep any hearing aids in stock – each hearing aid fitted has been made bespoke to each individual based on their own requirements, preferences and other variables.
