How do I book a home visit?

Is the quality of care the same at home as in the clinic?

Absolutely. Our clinicians bring the same equipment, skills, and professional standards to every home visit. The setting might be your living room rather than a clinic, but the care is exactly the same.

Home visits depend on location and availability, so we'd ask you to get in touch to check. We're always happy to do our best to accommodate you, so if you're unsure, please just ask.

What services are available as a home visit?

We currently offer home visit hearing tests and ear wax removal. A hearing test at home is £70, with the fee waived if hearing aids are subsequently purchased. Ear wax removal at home is £120 whether for one or both ears, and if you'd like both a hearing test and wax removal in the same visit, the combined fee is £155.

Home visits are ideal for anyone who finds it difficult to travel to one of our clinics — whether due to mobility issues, illness, caring responsibilities, or simply because they feel more comfortable in their own surroundings. Receiving care at home doesn't mean receiving lesser care; we bring the same professional standards to your door.
